Triple Chocolate Cheesecake 🍫🍰
Ingredients
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
For the Filling:
24 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
8 oz dark chocolate (melted)
8 oz milk chocolate (melted)
1/2 cup sour cream
For the Topping:
4 oz white chocolate (shaved or melted)
Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Make the Crust: Mix chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the springform pan.
Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Add Chocolate: Mix in melted dark and milk chocolate, followed by sour cream until fully combined.
Bake: Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Let cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top and Serve: Drizzle with melted white chocolate and garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
