Cotton Candy Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring
Pink and blue food coloring (gel preferred)
Rainbow sprinkles (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and cotton candy flavoring until well blended.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until smooth and combined.
Divide the mixture into two bowls and tint one pink and the other blue with a drop or two of gel food coloring.
Alternate spoonfuls of pink and blue into a loaf pan, then swirl gently with a butter knife for a marble effect.
Top with rainbow sprinkles, cover tightly, and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
Scoop and serve in cones or bowls with extra sprinkles for fun!
