π Ingredients:
For the Graham Cracker Crust:
1Β½ cups graham cracker crumbs
ΒΌ cup granulated sugar
Β½ cup melted butter
For the Cheesecake Layer:
2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
Β½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
Β½ cup sour cream or heavy cream
For the Cinnamon Roll Cake Layers:
1 box vanilla or yellow cake mix (plus eggs/oil/water as directed)
1 tbsp cinnamon
ΒΌ cup brown sugar
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
ΒΌ cup melted butter
ΒΌ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
For the Icing Drizzle:
1 cup powdered sugar
2β3 tbsp milk or cream
Β½ tsp vanilla extract
π₯ Instructions:
1. Make the Crust:
Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter.
Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake at 350Β°F for 10 mins.
2. Make the Cheesecake:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
Pour over crust and bake at 325Β°F for 45β50 mins or until set. Cool completely.
3. Make the Cinnamon Roll Cake Layers:
Prepare cake mix as directed. Stir in brown sugar + cinnamon.
Bake two 8-inch round layers and let cool.
4. Assemble the Layers:
Layer 1: Cinnamon roll cake
Layer 2: Cheesecake
Layer 3: Another cinnamon roll cake
5. Add the Swirl & Frosting:
Mix cinnamon swirl ingredients and drizzle over the top.
