Dill Pickle Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

4 slices sourdough bread

4 slices mozzarella cheese

4 slices cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sliced dill pickles

2 tablespoons butter, softened

Directions:

Lay out the 4 slices of sourdough bread on a clean surface.

On two of the slices, place one slice of mozzarella and one slice of cheddar on each.

Evenly distribute the sliced dill pickles on top of the cheese.

Add another slice of mozzarella and cheddar over the pickles.

Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread.

Spread the softened butter evenly on the outside of each slice of bread.

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Place the sandwiches in the skillet, buttered side down. Cook for about 3–4 minutes per side, pressing slightly, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.

Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
