Creamy Chocolate Mousse Cup
Ingredients (easy & rich):
• 200 g dark chocolate (chopped)
• 200 ml heavy cream (cold)
• 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Quick Preparation:
1. Melt the chocolate gently in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (or microwave in short bursts). Let it cool slightly.
2. Whip the cold cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
3. Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream gently until smooth.
4. Pipe or spoon into cups and chill for at least 1 hour.
Top with chocolate shavings or whipped cream if you like — and enjoy pure chocolate bliss!
