Zombie Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 oz Light Rum
1 oz Dark Rum
½ oz Overproof Rum (like 151-proof rum)
¾ oz Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
½ oz Grapefruit Juice
½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
¼ oz Grenadine
¼ oz Absinthe (or Pernod, for a similar flavor)
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Crushed ice
Mint sprig and cherry for garnish
Instructions:
Add all ingredients (except overproof rum) into a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
Carefully float the overproof rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
Garnish with a mint sprig and a cherry.
Serve with a straw and enjoy responsibly—this drink is strong!
