Low-Carb Chicken Power Salad
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped romaine
1 boiled egg, quartered
1/2 grilled chicken breast, sliced
1/3 cup cucumber slices
1/3 cup diced tomato
1/4 avocado, diced
1/4 cup cubed cheese (Swiss or your choice)
Instructions:
Layer romaine in a bowl.
Neatly arrange egg, chicken, cucumber, tomato, avocado, and cheese.
Add your favorite low-carb dressing or olive oil + lemon.
Toss gently if desired and serve.
