It is a bean cold beans salad or a dip with vinaigrette dressing. So easy and you can make it in just 15 minutes!

COWBOY CAVIAR
1 red onion diced
1 green bell pepper diced
1 yellow bell pepper diced
1 green bell pepper diced
1 can corn drained
1 can black beans drained
1 can pinto beans drained
1 can garbanzo beans drained
1 can black eyed peas drained
1 can kidney beans drained

Homemade Vinaigrette:
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
