Savory Beef and Garlic Butter Linguine in Parmesan Cream

Ingredients:

1 lb linguine pasta
1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and garlic powder, stirring continuously until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
Return the cooked beef to the skillet and mix well with the sauce. Add the drained linguine, tossing everything together until evenly coated.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
