Salmon fillet wrapped in puff pastry with a creamy herb filling. Golden, flaky, and delicious ✨🥖🐟.

Ingredients:
• 2 salmon fillets
• 1 sheet puff pastry
• 100 g cream cheese
• 2 tbsp fresh herbs (dill, parsley)
• 1 egg (for egg wash)
Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2️⃣ Mix cream cheese with herbs.
3️⃣ Spread over salmon fillets.
4️⃣ Wrap salmon in puff pastry, seal edges.
5️⃣ Brush with egg wash and bake 25 min until golden. 🥖🐟
