Delicious Almond flour pancakes 🥞
A gluten free version - using almond flour. I use maple syrup in this recipe but you can substitute with honey. Love the flavor!
Recipe:
1 cup almond flour
4 tablespoons water
2 eggs
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon oil, for greasing the pan
Steps:
Whisk together almond flour, water, eggs, maple syrup, and salt in a large bowl until smooth.
Heat oil on a pan over medium heat.
Drop a large spoonfuls of batter onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, 3 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook until bottoms are browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Repeat until finished.
