Brown Sugar Pecan Sweet Potato Cobbler

Ingredients:

- 2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Boil the sweet potatoes in a pot of water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash them until smooth.
3. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until well mixed.
