🥔🥩🇮🇹 Agnello al Forno (Roast Lamb with Potatoes)
Ingredients:
1.7 lb (800 g) lamb
1.1 lb (500 g) potatoes
2 sprigs rosemary
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
🥔 Cut potatoes into chunks and season with oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
🥩 Place lamb in a baking dish with garlic and season well.
🔥 Roast at 375°F (190°C) for 50–60 minutes until golden.
✨ Serve with crispy potatoes and pan juices.
