🍅🥩🇮🇹 Polpette al Sugo (Meatballs in Tomato Sauce)
Ingredients:
1.1 lb (500 g) ground beef and pork mix
14 oz (400 g) canned tomatoes
1.7 oz (50 g) Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup (50 g) breadcrumbs
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
🥄 Mix meat, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Form meatballs.
🍳 Fry meatballs in olive oil until browned.
🍅 Add canned tomatoes, simmer 20 minutes.
✨ Serve with extra Parmesan on top.
