🥩 Steak with Pepper Gravy & Parmesan Fries 🍟✨
Ingredients:
For the Steak:
1 ribeye or sirloin steak (about 250–300g)
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp butter
For the Gravy:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
For the Parmesan Fries:
2 cups French fries (frozen or homemade)
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp chopped parsley
Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the Steak:
Pat steak dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, add steak, and sear 3–4 minutes per side (depending on doneness).
Add butter at the end and baste. Remove and rest for 5 minutes.
2. Make the Gravy:
In the same pan, melt butter and whisk in flour to form a roux.
Slowly add beef broth while stirring. Add Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt.
Simmer until thickened and glossy.
3. Prepare the Fries:
Cook fries until golden. Toss with parmesan, parsley, and salt.
4. Assemble:
Slice the steak, pour the gravy over the top, and serve with parmesan fries on the side.
