Amish Cinnamon Bread 🍞✨

1 cup all-purpose flour 🌾
1 cup sugar 🍬
1 cup milk πŸ₯›
1/2 cup vegetable oil πŸ›’οΈ
2 large eggs πŸ₯š
1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
1 tsp baking powder πŸ₯„
1 tsp baking soda πŸ₯„
1 tsp ground cinnamon 🌟
1/2 tsp salt πŸ§‚
1/4 cup brown sugar (for cinnamon swirl) 🍯
1 tsp ground cinnamon (for cinnamon swirl) 🌟
2 tbsp melted butter (for cinnamon swirl) 🧈
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combinedβ€”do not overmix.
In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and melted butter to create the cinnamon swirl mixture.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, then spoon half of the cinnamon swirl mixture evenly over the batter.
Add the remaining batter on top, and then spoon the remaining cinnamon mixture.
Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter for a marbled effect.
Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing.
