3 TB all purpose white flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
4 oz diced green chiles
1 tsp dried cilantro
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
3. Ground Beef Enchiladas
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
1 lb ground sirloin
½ TB onion powder
2 ½ TB taco seasoning
¼ cup water
2 cups enchilada sauce
8 6" corn tortillas

Pico de Gallo
Salsa
