✅Classic Churro Cheesecake Donut Cookies✅
Soft, chewy cookies combining the flavors of cinnamon churros with creamy cheesecake, with a satisfying donut shape dusted in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (mix 1/2 cup sugar with 1 tbsp cinnamon)
1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies (optional for extra crunch)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C); line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the dough onto the sheet and press seams together to form one large sheet.
Blend cream cheese with melted butter; spread evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar (and crushed Oreos if using).
Roll up the dough tightly and slice into 1-inch rounds.
Place rounds on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm cookies.
