Philly Cheesesteak Pasta
Ingredients:
8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cups beef broth
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté bell pepper and onion until soft.
Add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in cooked pasta and steak.
Mix in provolone cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm
