Avocado Hummus
Perfect for weekend parties and get together! I love how it blends with chickpeas and tahini.
Recipe:
2- large avocado
1 -15 oz can chickpeas
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients listed above. Blend until smooth. Serve with chips or toasted bread. Enjoy!
