Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Cinnamon Sugar Swirl & Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small pieces
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
Make the batter: Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in sour cream and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until smooth.
Mix the cinnamon topping: Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
Layer the cake: Spread half the batter into the dish. Sprinkle half the cinnamon mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and topping.
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool slightly before slicing.
