One Skillet Garlic Butter Steak and Cheese Ravioli
Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
10 oz cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook cheese ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak strips with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Return ravioli to the skillet, gently tossing in the garlic butter. Add cooked steak back to the skillet and stir to combine.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley. Serve hot for a rich, indulgent one-pan dinner.
