Decadent White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake with a Creamy Twist
Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the melted white chocolate and vanilla extract, then continue mixing until well combined.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 50–60 minutes or until the center is set and slightly firm.
Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in for 1 hour to cool gradually.
Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, top with fresh blueberries or blueberry compote for a beautiful finish.
