- 12 ounces jumbo shell pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- Queso for topping
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
📝 Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the jumbo shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
4. Stir in taco seasoning, salsa, black beans, and corn. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
