Fish Braai with Green Sauce
We're always looking for new ways to prepare fish, and this recipe by our in-house chef, Westley, is a keeper. Baste and grill the fish with a buttery marinade containing apricot jam, lemon juice, garlic, and our Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto, then serve it with our Basil Pesto, mixed with freshly chopped herbs.
