🌶️ White Chicken Chili Recipe 🌶️

A quick and easy white chicken chili that's perfect for busy days!

Ingredients:
• 3 cooked and chopped chicken breasts, or 2 large cans of white chicken
• 2 cans cream of chicken soup
• 2 cans navy or cannellini beans
• 1 10oz can of Rotel tomatoes
• 2 cans shoepeg corn or 1 large can of white and yellow sweet corn
• 16 ounces Velveeta cheese
• 2 soup cans water

Instructions:
1️⃣ Drain water off beans, add to a large pot.
2️⃣ Add chicken, corn, soup, water, and tomatoes.
3️⃣ Stir in chopped Velveeta cheese.
4️⃣ Cook on low heat until cheese melts.
5️⃣ Serve over crushed tortilla chips. Enjoy!
