Homemade Poultry Seasoning - Salt free
Poultry seasoning is a blend of herbs and spices that can add flavor to many dishes, including poultry, vegetables, soups, dips, and marinades.
Sprinkle it on the surface of a roasting bird, mix it with butter and push it under the skin, or use it in recipes for chicken, turkey, duck, veal, lamb, or pork.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon ground dried sage
1 tablespoon ground dried thyme
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons ground dried marjoram
1 teaspoon ground dried rosemary
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Mix everything and ready to use. Store in airtight container for 6 months.
