A rustic flatbread with olive oil and a golden crust—perfect as a side or snack.
Ingredients:
• 500 g all-purpose flour
• 300 ml warm water
• 10 g salt
• 7 g dry yeast
• 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
🥣 Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let sit 5 minutes.
🧂 Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and knead into a dough.
🫓 Let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
🧈 Roll out onto a baking tray and drizzle generously with olive oil.
