Beefy Tortellini Skillet 🐮🍝
This easy one-pan dinner is hearty, creamy, and packed with flavor — perfect for a cozy night in!
Ingredients:
1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 cups beef broth
1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
1/2 cup heavy cream (optional for creaminess)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and brown the beef until tender. Set aside.
2. In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell pepper until soft.
3. Return beef to the pan and pour in beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
4. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions (usually 5–7 mins).
5. Stir in cream if using, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
