Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until pink (2–3 minutes per side).
4. Toss cooked pasta with shrimp and butter sauce.
5. Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan. Serve hot.
