Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- Pink food coloring (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray for easy release.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar. Whisk them together until well-mixed.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the whole milk, large eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
