Ingredients:
4 cups shredded cabbage (green or mixed)
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Directions: In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and mustard (if using). Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. This coleslaw is creamy, tangy, and perfectly balanced—ideal for barbecues, picnics, or as a burger topping!
