Easy and quickly Baked Feta with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Chickpeas

Ingredients:
• 1 block of feta cheese
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes (red and orange)
• 1 cup canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
• 1 clove garlic (minced)
• Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Place the feta block in the center of the dish and drizzle with a little more olive oil. Sprinkle oregano and red pepper flakes on top.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and bursting, and the feta is golden on top.
5. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, and serve warm. Enjoy with toasted bread or as a side dish!
