Ingredients:

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 red chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup (120ml) fresh cilantro, chopped
For the Dressing:
1/4 cup (60ml) lime juice (from about 2 limes)
2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
1 tablespoon (15ml) maple syrup or agave nectar (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, diced mango, sliced red onion, and chopped red chili.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, maple syrup (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and mango mixture. Add the chopped cilantro.
4. Toss everything together gently until the salad is evenly coated with the dressing.
