This is one of my favorite dips.
1 can of mild Rotel.
1 can of hot Rotel.
1 small block (or half of a large block) of Velveeta cheese.
1 Lb. Of ground sausage.
Cube Velveeta cheese and put it a baking dish with both cans of Rotel. Put it in the oven on 350°. While that’s in the oven cook the ground sausage, then add it to the dish and mix it up.
Takes about a total of 10 minutes to cook.
