Juicy Baked Caesar Chicken with Parmesan Sauce
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
½ cup Caesar dressing
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh romaine lettuce (for serving)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken thigh in Caesar dressing, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place in a greased baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
Serve over fresh romaine lettuce, drizzled with additional Caesar dressing if desired.
