Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
Marinate the Fish
Marinate: In a shallow dish, combine coconut milk, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the fish fillets, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
Cook the Fish
Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Cook Fish: Remove fish from marinade (discard marinade) and add to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Lemon Garlic Sauce
Make Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Garnish: Top with fresh cilantro and additional lime wedges if desired.
