Air Fryer Hamburger
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat is a common choice)
Salt and pepper to taste
Hamburger buns
Cheese slices (optional)
Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and condiments for topping
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Divide the ground beef into equal portions and shape them into patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper.
Place the hamburger patties in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between each patty.
Cook the patties in the air fryer for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Optional: In the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheese to each patty, allowing it to melt.
Toast the hamburger buns in the air fryer for a couple of minutes until they are lightly browned.
Assemble the burgers with your preferred toppings and condiments.
