One-Pot Creamy Beef & Garlic Butter Pasta

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 or 85/15)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

1/2 cup beef broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup heavy cream

8 ounces pasta (penne, spaghetti, farfalle, or rotini)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook the Beef:

In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon.

Drain any excess grease.

Sauté Garlic and Spices:

Add the butter to the skillet and allow it to melt.

Add the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Make the Sauce:

Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.

Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.

Cook the Pasta:

Add the uncooked pasta to the skillet.

Stir to combine, ensuring the pasta is fully submerged in the sauce.

Lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Finish with Cheese and Garnish:

Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until melted.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Serve immediately.
