Indian Frybread
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water
Directions:
Start by combining the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Slowly add the warm water while mixing, and knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough. Break the dough into small balls and flatten each into a circle. In a deep pan, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Fry the dough circles until they are golden brown and puffed, which should take about 2-3 minutes per side. Once cooked, drain them on paper towels and enjoy them while they're warm
