Tiramisu Cake
Ingredients:
1 sponge cake (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup brewed espresso
1 cup mascarpone cheese
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup sugar
Cocoa powder for dusting
Method:
Whip cream and sugar, then fold into mascarpone.
Soak sponge in espresso.
Layer sponge and cream, dust with cocoa.
Chill before serving.
