Ingredients:
β’ 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes
β’ Salt and pepper to taste
β’ 2 tbsp butter
β’ 3 cloves garlic (minced)
β’ 2 cups short pasta (gemelli, penne, or similar)
β’ 1 cup heavy cream
β’ 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
β’ 1 tsp Italian seasoning
β’ Fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Cook Pasta:
β’ Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sear Steak Bites:
β’ Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
β’ In a hot skillet, melt butter and quickly sear steak bites (2-3 mins) until browned but juicy inside. Remove and set aside.
3. Make Parmesan Sauce:
β’ In the same skillet, add a little more butter if needed.
β’ SautΓ© minced garlic until fragrant.
β’ Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning until creamy.
4. Combine:
β’ Toss cooked pasta in the creamy sauce.
5. Plate & Serve:
β’ Arrange creamy pasta on the plate, top with steak bites. Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
