2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
ยฝ tsp dried rosemary
ยฝ tsp dried oregano
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste

ยผ cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)
2 tbsp heavy cream
1-2 tbsp hot honey (adjust to your spice preference)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crispy Herb-Crusted Greek Chicken
Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
In a shallow dish, beat the egg.
In another shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, oregano, thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken slice in the beaten egg, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Place the coated chicken slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
2. Prepare the Roasted Potatoes

3. Cook the Pasta
Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Reserve ยฝ cup pasta water, then drain.
4. Make the Garlic-Infused Alfredo Pasta
While the chicken and potatoes cook, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
