🍰 Maracuyá cake and dulce de leche: A tropical caress in each bite! ☀️💛
Freshness + sweetness? This cake has everything: soft cake, passion fruit mousse and irresistible layers of dulce de leche. Ideal for celebrations or to give you a whim with a summer taste!
📝 Ingredients
For cake:
• 4 clear about snow 🥚
• 4 yolks 🥚
• 1 cup of sugar 🍬
• 1 cup of sifted wheat flour 🌾
• 1 Vainilla essence 🌼
• 1 cdita of baking powder 🧁
For the Maracuyá mousse:
• 1 cup of passion fruit (natural or frozen) 🍈
• 1 can of condensed milk 🥫
• 1 can of milk cream 🥛
• 1 overless gelatin (10 g) + 4 ties of water 💧
For filling:
• 1 cup of thick milk 🍯

👨🍳 Step by step preparation:
1️⃣ Cake:
Beat the whites about to snow, add the yolks one by one, then the sugar and vanilla.
Incorporate the sifted flour with the surround baking powder.
Pour into a greased mold and bake at 180 ° C for 25-30 min. Let cool.
2️⃣ MAUSSE DE MARACUYÁ:

3️⃣ Assembly:
Cut the sponge cake into two layers. Fill with dulce de leche and a mousse layer.
