Slow Cooker Cowboy Casserole 😋
Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
• 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
• 1 cup frozen corn
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 4 cups sliced potatoes
• 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions:
1️⃣ Brown beef with onion and garlic, then drain.
2️⃣ Add beef mixture, soup, milk, beans, tomatoes, corn, chili powder, salt, and pepper to slow cooker.
3️⃣ Stir in sliced potatoes and coat evenly.
4️⃣ Cook on low for 6–7 hours (or high for 3–4 hours).
5️⃣ Sprinkle cheese in the last 20 minutes, let it melt, then serve!
Tip: Add some veggies like bell peppers or zucchini for extra flavor! 😍
