Ingredients:
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust (pre-made or homemade)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3-4 food coloring colors (pastel shades work best)
Optional: Easter sprinkles, candy eggs, or marshmallow bunnies for garnish
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the vanilla extract and gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
Divide the mixture into separate bowls and tint each with a different pastel food coloring.
Spoon dollops of each colored mixture into the graham cracker crust, alternating colors.
Use a toothpick or butter knife to gently swirl the colors together for a marbled effect.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Before serving, decorate with Easter sprinkles, candy eggs, or marshmallow bunnies for a festive touch. Slice and enjoy!
