2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup melted butter (or vegetable oil)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth. You should have about 1 1/2 cups of mashed banana.
Add melted butter to the bananas and mix until well combined. Then stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
