Spicy Beef and Bowtie Pasta with Jalapeños
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
2 jalapeños, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil for sautéing
Red pepper flakes (for extra heat)
Cherry tomatoes, halved (for color)
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Stir in sliced jalapeños and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Add heavy cream, beef broth, Parmesan cheese, and sour cream. Stir until well combined.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes for added heat.
7. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing everything together.
8. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and fresh cilantro before serving.
