Banana Strawberry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1 tbsp strawberry jam or syrup
8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
Extra strawberries, sprinkles, and banana slices for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix until creamy.
Gently fold in sliced bananas and chopped strawberries. Swirl in strawberry jam to create a marbled effect.
Pour filling over cooled crust. Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Top with whipped topping, extra strawberries, banana slices, and sprinkles before serving.
