Garlic Butter Steak Bites & shell pasta with Parmesan Cream

Ingredients:

For the Steak Bites:
1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Gnocchi:
8 oz shell pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions:

Cook the Pasta: Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving a bit of pasta water for later.
Prepare the Steak Bites: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes and season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until browned on all sides and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove steak bites from the pan and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the fresh thyme leaves and stir.
Combine Pasta and Sauce: Lower the heat and add the cooked pasta to the skillet, followed by the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce. If the sauce needs to be thinned, add some reserved pasta water until the desired consistency is reached.
Finish and Serve: Add the steak bites back into the skillet and toss gently to combine with the pasta and sauce. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Serve: Plate the creamy steak bites pasta, and enjoy the rich, garlicky goodness!
